Spinach and Mushroom:Spinach sautéed mushrooms with olive oil and garlic
Broccoli and Cheddar: Requires 48 hr. notice
Quiche Provencale:ratatouille,sautée onions,zucchini,eggplant, peppers and basil. (Requires 48 hr. notice)

Prosciutto and Brie: salad greens, tomato and mustard dressing
Turkey and Avocado: salad  greens, tomato and Russian dressing
Italian: fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and pesto              
Chicken Cordon Bleu: breaded chicken cutlet, ham, melted Swiss cheese and mustard dressing                                  
Pan Bagna: hard boiled eggs, tuna salad, salad greens,tomato and pesto                                                   
Eggplant Tapenade: Eggplant spread, olive oil, roasted garlic,topped with roasted pepper and goat cheese                      
Salmon:Smoked salmon crème fraiche, dill, salad greens, tomato and a hint of lemon juice

Individual Size:

Goat Cheese Tart $4.50 plus tax: with tomato, pesto,Swiss cheese in a flaky puff pastry crust.
Vol Au Vent $5.75 plus tax: a very light and flaky puff pastry shell filled with mushroom,ham,basil and bechamel.
Tomato Tart $4.50 plus tax: a medley of assorted tomatoes, roasted peppers, oil ,caramelized onion and a tart pastry shell topped with a Parmesan crumble.
Ham and Cheese Croissant $4.50 plus tax: Flaky butter croissant filled with bechamel and ham topped with melted Swiss cheese.
Quiche Slice $4.50 plus tax: choice of Quiche Lorraine, Spinach and Mushroom and Quiche du Jour.
